Protect sensitive equipment
Displays, controls, switches, instruments and avionics are not treated as ordinary cabin surfaces. Follow the specific aircraft and operator instructions.
Agree the scope
Record permitted cleaning tasks and restrictions before starting. No spraying or fogging into flight-deck equipment is part of the advertised scope.
Crew handover
The crew reviews the completed cleaning scope and retains responsibility for operational checks and release decisions.
The service scope, products, airport access and timing are agreed before work begins. Cleaning and disinfection do not replace maintenance, operator procedures or destination-specific insect-control requirements.
